The Old Dominion Animal Health Center spans 24,000 square feet over three floors: one for medical, diagnostic, and wellness services, one for boarding and grooming, and one for training and our Penthouse boarding facility. We also have an adjoining apartment to house our always-on-call technician for in-house emergencies.

But we like to think of our facility not necessarily as big, but rather, one that always has room for your pet. And clean, comfortable room, of course. From features large and small, we've tried to make the ODAHCenter experience as comfortable and high-quality as possible:

• Our cozy, country-style reception areas have separate areas for dogs and cats (and free coffee for those early-morning visits!)
• What's that (lack of) smell?! Our powerful and efficient air-cleansing system can filter and recirculate the air completely up to 40 times an hour.
• Our networked pet health-information system ensures accurate, up-to-the-minute information about your pet, available from any room in the facility (for example, we can take an ultrasound image and view it from any examination/surgical room in the Center). Nothing is left to chance.
• And of course, our eight examination rooms, four dental stations, and two surgical rooms are spotless, well-lit, and state-of-the-art.
