At Old Dominion Animal Health Center, we love to reward our loyal clients. That’s why we’ve created the “Client Referral Program”, which recognizes the importance of your opinions and recommendations and provides a reward for sending new, qualified referrals our way. We hope to use this program as a way to get to know our valued clients on a more personal level and to show our gratitude for choosing us as your trusted source for all of your pet care needs.
How it Works
For every new client relationship that is created from one of your direct recommendations, you will receive a $50 voucher to use on services at Old Dominion Animal Health Center or Capitol Canine Club! All you have to do to receive your referral reward is have the person or persons you referred recognize you by name on the “New Client” form that they complete on their first visit. We’ll take care of the rest! It’s just our way of saying “thank you”.
Referral Program Rules and Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in Old Dominion Animal Health Center’s “Client Referral Program”, you must be a current, active ODAHC client. For the purposes of this program, a client is considered to be “active” if they have had at least 1 office call in the last 12 months, or have had 2 office calls within the last 36 months. Likewise, a “new” client is defined as someone who has never visited ODAHC for any reason.
ODAHC reserves the right to modify or cancel the “Client Referral Program” at any time, for any reason. ODAHC also has full authority to disapprove or disqualify any participant at any time, based on our sole and complete discretion.
