C&C PALS Dog Training

Just like humans, our canine companions are not born with good manners – they must be taught. Old Dominion Animal Health Center, in conjunction with C&C PALS, offers a full range of dog training for both puppies and adult dogs, with both group and private lessons available. Our goal is to help your dog, young or old, to develop the skills he or she needs to be a happy, balanced and well-behaved member of the family.

Puppies are ready to attend training classes as early as 10 weeks, which is the ideal time to begin training. Our program will help your dog to learn good manners and basic commands, such as “sit”, “stay”, “down”, “off” and how to come when called. Additionally, your dog will need to become socialized so he or she will know how to respond when exposed to other people, children and other pets.

Think your older dog is beyond the point of training? Think again! With the right coach, the right program and a positive attitude, it’s never too late to teach an old dog new tricks! At C&C PALS, we’ve got the knowledge, expertise and skills needed to tackle even the most challenging cases.

The professional trainers at C&C PALS feel strongly that in order to become good pets, dogs need conscientious owners. In addition to training your animal companion, we’ll also arm you with all the tools and techniques you need to manage your pet’s behavior at home. We’ll show you that even though dog training is serious business, it can also be a lot of fun!

Before your dog becomes an unruly, uncontrollable adolescent, or an adult dog with well-practiced problems, give them the training they deserve. Trust us – you’ll both be happier as a result. Let C&C PALS give your dog the opportunity to be the very best he or she can be.
